Don't rule out Meditation if you've tried it before and think it's not for you.
You don’t have to be completely still.
You don’t have to sit in silence.
You don’t have to try to stop thinking.
You don’t have to sit crosslegged on a pillow.
Maybe these work for you but if they don’t, that’s ok too.
Maybe you just haven't found your method yet, maybe walking meditation is for you.
