You don’t have to sit in silence.
You don’t have to try to stop thinking.
You don’t have to sit crosslegged on a pillow.
Maybe these work for you but if they don’t, that’s ok too.
Maybe you just haven't found your method yet, maybe walking meditation is for you.

Feeling as though we can’t be happy or feel accomplished until the goal is complete, delaying happiness doesn't have to be your method! Thinking this way means we are missing the opportunity to celebrate our small successes along the way, which builds momentum and will in the end help us achieve our goals faster! Switching to the AND way of thinking means we can be proud of our success AND still want to work towards achieving more.
Our brains are so used to this all or nothing mindset that it will take some time to make this shift to AND….give yourself some grace as you learn to shift your self talk from OR to AND and start living the AND life.
